cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation

  • At least 24-hour cancellation notice is required.
  • Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee deducted from your deposit.  
  •  The balance of deposits may be used  towards future services or refunded.
  • Guests that arrive late to their appointment by 15 minutes or more may be required to reschedule or change their original service request to another service offering. 
  • Results may vary and are not guaranteed.


Refunds

  • Full deposit may be refunded if  booking is cancelled at least 24hrs before the appointment.
  • No refunds are made once service is commenced or completed.
  •  All sales are final.
