cancellation and refund policy

• At least 24-hour cancellation notice is required.
• Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee deducted from your deposit.  
•  The balance of deposits may be used  towards future services or refunded.
• Guests that arrive late to their appointment by 15 minutes or more may be required to reschedule or change their original service request to another service offering. 
• Results may vary and are not guaranteed.

 At T&T MedSpa, your care and satisfaction are our highest priorities. Because our clinical and cosmetic treatments are highly personalized for each patient, all services—including aesthetic treatments, consultations, and wellness services—are strictly non-refundable once the service has been provided. 

  Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, but they may be applied toward any service or product we offer.
