cancellation and refund policy

At least 24-hour cancellation notice is required.
Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee deducted from your deposit.
The balance of deposits may be used towards future services or refunded.
Guests that arrive late to their appointment by 15 minutes or more may be required to reschedule or change their original service request to another service offering.
Results may vary and are not guaranteed.

Full deposit may be refunded if booking is cancelled at least 24hrs before the appointment.
No refunds are made once service is commenced or completed.
All sales are final.
